Inquiring into the most important critical questions is a method that is at the core of the placemaking praxis. It helps to look at every potential place in the making through the lens of the following sequential questions:

         WHERE & WHEN allow understanding the location of the project in space and time, taking into account not only the physical, but also the mental environment;

         WHY inquires into the meaningfulness and necessity of the project;

         WHAT discusses the critical content of the project;

         HOW explores the optimal implementation strategies;

         WHO investigates the community and actors to be engaged in the project.
